[GCARC] We sure could use some help getting the word out about our Hamfest (Sunday Sept 14)

Hamfest is one of the biggest events for us as a club each year.  it's a
great event, one might say even a tradition now to get together with fellow
hams from all over the tri-state area during our Hamfest at the 4-H
fairgrounds in Mullica Hill each year.
But let us not lose sight that it is also our #1 fund raising event of the
year for the club.
And that is important to us.
So, Please spread the word about our Hamfest, Sunday, Sept 14!
The more people that attend, the better it is for the vendors, and for us!

At the 4-H Fairgrounds, Route 77, Mullica Hill, NJ
Featuring tailgaters and sellers of new, used, antique radio, computer, and
electronic equipment.
Going for a license upgrade?  VE testing at 9am
Need some QSL cards checked for WAS/DXCC?  Card checking at 11:30am
Feeling lucky?  Door prizes, including a cooked ham (yea, I know, it's
silly, but hey - "win a ham at a hamfest", it's kind of catchy!), starting
after 11.

We don't ask much of our membership.  For this event, we do.  It's that
important to the club.
When our Hamfest Chair, Tom Gorman KE2ES, puts out a request for help,
please respond.
For example, there is always the need for staff to help during the clean-up
and in restoring of picnic tables to their original positions on Sunday
afternoon. So if you can make it out to help with that, please do.
