Hi Chris,

Thanks for your email. I copied the GCARC general membership on this. Also,
I'd like to stop by Pine Hill either Saturday or Sunday am to observe the
scouts in action. Please advise if you'll be there either day so we can
meet up. Turns out I already have scheduled commitments both days in the
afternoon.  Also, please advise if you need any spare radios or antennas
that I can furnish. Finally, the repeater did exhibit high static
levels during this past Sunday's ARES/RACES net which we're currently
investigating. I'm sure your radio is working fine. If you want to schedule
a test, please call my cell.
