HELLO FOLKS..
As you have already been informed Bill Price NJ2S and myself moved the
trailer Friday and hooked up the electricity and Bill went out and bought a
secure lock for the back door and we put a set of the old steps up to the
back door which we will reinforce soon. So we now have electricity inside
the trailer. We're moving right along.
Time to get a work party on the inside, and Bill Szkromiuk
[BillSzk2004 at yahoo.com] will be coordinating that soon.
So get your hammers and tools together so we can get'er done!!! I put a new
lock on the outside electric box, it is a combination lock, inside will be
the new key to the back door of the trailer and also a key for the shed. All
members will have the combination.. Bill Price NJ2S will be donating &
installing a video system so that when anyone comes in they will be recorded
off site, so we will know who, when and what time the members are in the
trailer.
While working in the trailer in winter time I'm loaning the club three
electric heaters so we won't get cold. I might still have a 220 vac fan
driven full garage heater that we can use.
On Tuesday I will meet Bill Price NJ2S, bring my trailer and pick up the
boring auger with him, take it to the trailer and auger the prescribed holes
and install the anchors. I am arranging to pick up the blocks that are being
donated which will go to leveling the trailer. We are arranging to have the
front towing system removed, and after talking to Ted Kiefer N2EBB
yesterday; who owns Triple Oaks Nursery - I asked Ted if he could donate a
few trees so as they grow we could have shade (Bill Price's idea) and Ted
agreed to install three trees. All I have to do is put the stakes in and he
will send his workers out to install the trees.. one will go about 20 feet
from the tow hitch and the other 2 will be on the side where the main
entrance is.
I HAVE PICTURES OF THE TRAILER MOVE - THEY WILL FOLLOW SOON..
That's about it for now, best 73's W2RM & NJ2S
