Hi Ken, 
I guess you can probably drop me from the rolls. I bought a villa = 
property in FL in the same community where I currently own a condo and = 
have been spending about half time there. Absolutely love the life style = 
down there. My NJ property is just going up for sale and when it sells = 
FL will be my main residence. The kids and grandkids are still here so = 
I'll probably come up for summers at the Jersey shore.
