Ladies and Gentleman,
Attached is an email that went to the Volunteers that are working this
coming Wednesday, July 31.
FYI, so you are aware of what is going on with the Club House Project.
Shortly after this Wednesday, we anticipate moving the trailer into place.

Subject: Club House Trailer Work Party Wednesday 7/31/2013
Thanks again for volunteering everyone!
Wednesday morning, shooting for 0900. Come when you can if you can't make it
that early.
As, I mentioned in my original email, we will be preparing the site for the
clubhouse trailer move.
Goals for the day. We will accomplish as much as possible.
1. Installing the anchors with an electric tool. Probably a two man
job. We will alternate people as best we can.
2. Setting of Cinder Blocks for foundation. Staging Cinder Blocks. We
will go slow and east, no hurt backs. If you have any concerns about your
back, please say so.
3. Remove a section of pvc pipe from dirt and cut it off.
4. Straighten AC panel poles.
SECONDARY GOALS.
5. Demolition of existing bathroom on west end of new club house
trailer. Removal of water heater, sink, shower, toilet and sink. Expose
existing plumbing to facilitate new plumbing work. Remove existing wall.
6. Move some boxes and furniture in trailer. Not a lot of work here.
7. Create an attic access point in utility room.
Tools if you can bring someJ
Shovels. ( Again, not a lot of shoveling will be required, just in case )
Rakes.
Basic Hand Tools. Hammer, screwdrivers, pry bars, crescent wrench, saw,
electric drill.
