[GCARC] SITE UPDATE DEC 26, 2013 - ELECTRIC INSPECTION

The electric inspection was today at 7 AM. We passed with flying colors. 

Exterior and interior - all done - Mr. Charles Brown was the inspector. 

There are two stickers, one on the inside cover of the main box outside

and one on the inside cover of the interior main electric box. 

The electrical inspector was impressed by the way Bill Price NJ2S and 

everybody else who had helped us with the electrical work had facilitated

all of the new electric cables and burglar & fire & camera system cables.

 

The next portion of the project is for the plumbing work and inspection

and that won't take place until we get the plumber to install the new 

outside valve and heat tape which he can't get to yet. Probably mid January.


After that is done we will get the final inspection for the certificate of
occupancy. 

 

We can now start to install all of the coax when Al Arrison KB2AYU is ready.

 

A work party will be coming up right after the new year to continue the rest


as there is still a lot of work to be done inside. I will keep everybody
informed.
