[GCARC] DEC 17 - SITE UPDATE

          Well folks today a lot of paneling got installed and tomorrow more
will be installed thanks to Bill Price NJ2S who is paying a worker out of
his pocket. Thanks Bill....

          Sheldon will be covering the front windows this weekend with the a
new vapor barrier that he is donating and the  

vinyl siding that I bought last week. He is supplying the nails also.
Thanks Sheldon.

          If anybody has a 220 volt air conditioner that they would like to
donate we can use one. We would do better with one big unit in the main room
rather than two small ones.. 

          We already have the two 5000 BTU units donated by Wayne Wilson
WA2LET for the HF & VHF rooms, but they will probably be installed last.
They are at the site.

          My wife Phyllis donated two 5000 BTU units also and another air
conditioner has been donated by another member who
for-the-life-of-me-right-now  I can't remember who, but I will put out the
word later as to who it is.

 

The place is loaded with tools provided by Bill Price NJ2S and I will be
supplying other tools as needed. 

 

It's moving right along gang and we're not keeping the spending down to a
minimum..

 

More to follow as things progress, this weekend should really show some good
improvements. even though it's getting close to the Christmas holidays.
