Another productive day !

First off I want to thank Gary Mirkin WA3SVW for donating the desk and the
upper section which will be great for 

U.S. Mail, QSL's and any other materials that come in. there is also slots
for outgoing QSL's also. Pic's will follow..

 

Tnx to the following for meeting me at Gary & Anne's home to pick up the
desk, then following me to the site to put it inside. Tnx Guys Great job !!!

Also thanks to Joe Shevlin KC2PHM for coming out and burning off the tow
hitch (with his torches). Glad that's done.

 

Bart Conrad KC2WVP came out early today and put all the tie-down straps
through the augur bolts.  

 

Bill Price NJ2S donated a microwave and it works too! Bill continues to work
on the electrical systems. He had two circuits that were "lost-in-space" but
they have been identified and he will be fixing them soon. Two more
baseboard electric heaters have been installed. One in the VHF room and one
in the HF room, the only one left to install will be the one in the
bathroom.  The heater in the bathroom will be the last one to be installed.

Burglar, and smoke detector work with keypad security system and security
cameras worked on today by Bill Price NJ2S. 

 

We also have more furniture coming - more info on that situation will follow
as things get arranged. 

 

Jim Wright N2GXJ showed up with his father who lives in the N.W. Section of
Chicago (the good section of town) and was quite impressed.
