	I am a relative newbie so I have lots of questions ...

1.  What is/was the targeted purpose of the list?

2.  What part of GA is best represented by current list members?

3.  Is/Are the same populations served by other GA-specific lists?

4.  If I were to accept list admin would it be OK to modify the
	list purposes and/or rules -- if such may make the list
	more valuable?
