Flat rate boxes are wonderful, as John said.  It's how I prefer things be
shipped to me here in Hawaii.  They're cheaper than anything else plus often
arrive faster than UPS & FedEx - even beating 2nd Day (which is actually 3rd
Day here) fairly often.

Hmmm ... I'd be more than happy to pay the freight on a FRB stuffed to the
gills with those bitzenpieces.  Parts - especially ones appropriate to tube
equipment including the tubes - are impossible to find here so anything is
good.
