Photoshop LE version 3.0...was supplied as a "free bonus" along with Adobe's "Page Mill", a pretty poor web page editor.  Designed for Windows 95 and NT, I have also used it on Windows 2000 and Windows XP.  You get a weird error message on XP, but it works.
