Standard issue for use with cellular telephone system measurement devices.  Made by Antenna Specialists.  Cable is double-shielded RG-58, approx 6 feet long.  Cable is terminated in a TNC connector, and the antenna "package" includes a TNC to type N adapter.  The whip itself unscrews but I do not recognize the thread. For size ref, that mag-mount base is 2.5" diameter.

Shipping via parcel post will be under $10 anywhere in the US.  Antenna is too large for a small flat-rate box, so if it goes Priority, it will be $10.70 in a medium flat-rate box.
