Open-ear style, with both left and right sides.  A later version was stereo, but this one is mono - with a mono 1/4" plug.  Foam cushions are faded a bit with age, but otherwise works just fine.

Yours for the cost of shipping.  In a box, it weighs about a half pound...that makes it $4.95 for Priority Mail shipping in the US, or $2.36 for First Class mail.
