This version runs on Win95 and WinNT.  Might work on XP, but I have not tried it.

What I have here is the complete kit - software CD w/license number,  and all the manuals, most of them still in shrink-wrap, all "happily" bundled in the colorful HP box.

VEE stands for "Visual Engineering Environtment".  it's a graphical programming language/environment, with special added utilities and libraries to make instrument control (via HP-IB/GP-IB) more friendly.  

When HP spun off the test equipment maker into "Agilent Technologies", VEE became an Agilent product.

Shipping weight will be under 9 pounds, my zip is 97124.  Prefer to ship Parcel Post - UPS isn't very convenient to me.
