I will contact everyone who replied. Here's what I have, for the moment:
Office for Windows 95 - qty 10
Office 97 Professional - qty 15
Office 2000 Professional - qty 50
Outlook 97 - qty 2
Outlook 98 - qty 1
Windows XP Professional SP2 (EXCLUSIVELY for use with a late model Dell
computer) - approximately 100 copies
I am going to go through the emails I have received, in the order I received
them. I will then package your request and ship it sometime next week.
Before I send it off, I will tell you the cost, which will be very modest
(postage and the cost of the envelope).
Some folks asked for it all. But in fairness, I would like to send them one
of each item, except the Outlook CD's (I just don't have enough to satisfy
all of those requests).
What I have left will be offered to those who wanted it all in the order I
received the requests. I will work out those requests, when and if I get to
that point.
If you have any questions, just save them until you here from me in the next
couple of days.

Subject: [FreeBay] Software
I have been back in my software closet (again) and found limited number of
legitimate copies of Microsoft Office 97 and Office 2000. Before I send
this stuff to be shredded, my questions are as follows:
1) Who might be interested?
2) Are you willing to pay the postage?
I don't know the quantity because I haven't inventoried the software yet. I
have at least 10 copies (and maybe as many as 25).
I also have a butt-load of Windows XP Professional disks for use with new
Dell systems (if you need a disk because you've lost or damaged the original
that came with your system, this will work. Remember these are for
exclusive use with a Dell computer. They will NOT work with systems other
than Dell). I'm going to dispatch those items as well.
So if you might be interested, drop me an email. Don't attempt to pay or
send me money, yet. I've got to figure the mailing costs (going to have to
purchase mailers and postage).
Be sure to tell me what you are interested in.
I'm going to collect email addresses. It will be about a week before I'm
ready to do something.
This is not a for-profit adventure. I just hate to toss the stuff if
someone can use it.
