[FreeBay] are there any published use of listserver guidelines?

The Freebay email list has been in existence since Jan of 2002 (see the 
archives at the lists home page link in the msg footers) without any 
specific guidelines.  I would expect that replies to posts would be sent 
off list, but so far (as far as I know) there hasn't been an issue with 
rules or protocol.  If it becomes an issue, we can deal with it.

QTH.net does have published AUP and posting guidelines that should be 
applied to all of our almost 600 lists, which can be found on our home page 
at:
http://www.qsl.net
