[FreeBay] Misc old PC hardware stuff

If anyone is interested in paying the shipping, I have the following old
stuff that's headed
for the landfill:

2 - 56K PCI Fax/Modems - purchased from CompUSA.  Look identical although
      they were bought at different times (2002 and 2004 I think).
      Includes one manual and software CD and drivers for Win
98/SE/NT/2000//ME/XP.

1 - 56K PCI Creative Modem with manual and install CD (Computer
Associates),
      for Win 95/98.  Think it was purchased in 2001.

1 - Creative Sound Blaster PCI card, with manual and installation CD.
      Probably 2003 or later, for Win 95/98/NT 4.0/2000/Me/XP.

1 - Sound connection from motherboard to PCI slot bracket.  Don't
remember which 
     type of motherboard.  Has usual midi/game port and audio out/line
in/Mike in 
     receptables.  No other info.

1 - USB Sim card reader, with USB Driver mini CD.
     I used it to read cellphone sim card to transfer data to another
cell phone.

Take all of it or any of it.
