[FreeBay] All these wanted ad's???

When I joined freebay in 2001, the "Welcome to the freebay mailing 
list!" email stated the following.


"Amateurs. The rules for this list is really simple....everything is free.

Please post what you need or post what you have. The only money 
exchange allowed is to pay shipping costs.

You are also encouraged to post items you would like to trade or barter for.

All negotiations are to be directed to the individual sender and not the list."



When did this policy change?
