[FreeBay] Looking for repeater type parts

I have a very low budget repeater project here. I'm looking to setup a remote 
receive site for the 2 meter and 10 meter side of the repeater.
What I am in need of is a programmable 2 meter and 10 meter receiver tuneable 
and working on 144.750mhz and 29.530mhz.

A 2 meter and 10 meter receive pre-amp is also desired. [optional at this 
point]

Also a 70 cm link transmitter [5 watts max is all thats needed] and receiver 
is being sought after along with a power supply to run the receivers and link 
transmitter.

These items are needed to complete a Skywarn operable repeater that will also 
serve in times of emergencies. I'm looking to complete the final phase of 
this repeater project before the heart of the east coast hurricane season sets in 
[Aug-Sept]

If anyone can help towards the good will of ham radio and a local 
community,northeast NC would be greatful.
