[FreeBay] Need Parts for Transmatch

I'm looking for the following;

(all var caps are 1/4" shaft, panel mount)

26pf/section butterfly (E.F.Johnson 167-22 or equiv)
10pf/section butterfly (E.F.Johnson 167-21 or equiv)
100pf mini variable (Millen 20100 or equiv)
35pf mini variable (Millen 20035 or equiv)
0-1ma panel meter (no edgeview please)
     (prefer older vintage style)

2-pole, 2-pos ceramic rotary (sim to Centralab 1462)

1x2" piece of 1/4" Plexiglass (no holes - I'll do that ;)

The rest will be 'store bought'.
