Unfortunately, gentlemen, the list is mis-configured.  There is a setting 
in the mailman administrative interface that chooses
whether members reply to the poster, or members reply to the 
list.  Apparently, the list owner wants everybody to reply to the list, 
because that is how he configured the list.

I run mailman on my own mailservers, and am very familiar with the setup 
and administrative interface.
