Go to your local library and ask for the "interlibrary loan" department. 
Ask them to get the Sams for you.  Many large city libraries have the
complete series.  I get mine from the Worcester (MA) Public Library. 
Your local library can borrow books and other items from anywhere in the
US (world actually).
