[FPARC] Free Tech Class

If anyone knows of entry level individuals interested in a free class, The
Martin County Amateur Radio Association along with Martin County ARES/RACES
will offer a Technician Class from June 10 – July 8, 2008.  This will
conclude with a VE Testing session on July 15, 2008 at the new Martin County
