[FPARC] Club Meeting

Good Morning Everyone
    There will be a meeting this Wednesday 8/6/08 at IRSC between 7:00 &
8:30 PM to go over everything for the Hamfest, I would like all the officers
there Carl,Pete,Keith,Kevin if you can't be there call me. All members are
welcome and encouraged to attend I would like to get the signs made up and
any last minute things I may have missed taken care of. Anyone who has
gotten the blank signs please bring them also the magic markers to write
with.

     A couple of things we must have: Stickers for the tables, Stickers for
the vendors, Extension cords for electric,
cash drawer change, (Carl & Pete)  the club sign from EOC,Money pouches, the
signs for the roads and the building inside and out hopefully we will make
these on Wednesday, Pete normally has a lot of these things but we can
always use more. These are thing we will need for the Hamfest setup on
Friday.

Kevin have you asked Dania if he would be there as a VE?

Joe I know you have a long way home and work long hours so if you can not be
there that's fine just please make sure we are able to get in the KSU
building.

If there is something I've left out let me know or bring it up on Wednesday
night or Tuesday night net. I look forward to seeing everyone that can
attend there.
