Hi from Pete, KD4SPW.
 
This is a reminder that the MARCH OF DIMES WALKAMERICA WALK-A-THON is just a
week away, Saturday April 21, 2007, for the St. Lucie County walk. 
 
It is held again this year in St. Lucie West, behind the joint campus of
IRCC and FAU Colleges. 
 
Registration begins at 7:30 am, and the WALK begins at 8:30 am. I will be
there by 7:00 am. I would appreciate help from all of the Hams that can
participate. 
 
Greg, KB4VVE, will again be bringing the EOC CSV former ambulance. 
 
Please come when you can between 7 & 7:30 am. And anyone that can't make it
that early, please come when you can, but don't forget that this is a short
walk, usually ending by 10:30-ish.
 
The Walk route is the same as last year, which is a change from previous
years. The walk doesn't go south to St. Lucie West Blvd. anymore, so there
are no dangerous intersections and no traffic lights now. So it is should be
a safe and stress-free fun event.
