[FPARC] Help with communications

A call is being made to any amateurs who may be able to help  with
communications in the Mississippi and Louisiana sections.  If you  can
help in any way please contact either

This effort is being coordinated with North Florida Section  Manager
Rudy Hubbard, WA4PUP and Joe Bushel, W2DWR, NFL SEC and Dee Turner  N4GD
WCF Section Manager and Neil Lauritsen WCF SEC.

Anyone wishing to  help must contact Jeff or myself first as we are
compiling a list of  potential volunteers and approval is needed before
proceeding into the  area.
