[FPARC] Hamfest Setup

There is Good News and Bad News.

The Good News is that I got the building next door (B-120 where we do Skywarn classes) for ARRL and other seminars.

The bad news is that a scheduling conflict will not allow us into the KSU to set up tables until 7:30 Friday night.  

There is a swim team banquet from 5 until 7.  They forgot that we were on the schedule and I for one do not want to cause an argument.
