[FPARC] CLUB SHIRT ORDER

      Hi from Pete, KD4SPW.

      The Fort Pierce Amateur Radio Club will very soon be placing another 
order for club polo shirts. We will probably place the order Monday. Please let 
me know right away if you would like a shirt. They will be as close as 
possible to being the same as the shirts we ordered last year. They will be teal 
green, collared, polo shirts with pocket. They will be embroidered with our club 
name, your name, and callsign. The cost should be about $25.
      We expect to have the shirts in time for Field Day.

      THIS IS THE INFO I NEED:

      " CALL SIGN "       to be embroidered

      " NAME "               to be embroidered

        SIZE

      QUANTITY           # of shirts you would like
