[FPARC] Field Day and ECHO Pre launch Update

Well another Field Day has come and gone and I hope everyone had a good time.
Now to get the shack set back up and fix the sat antenna that decided it 
didn't want to come home in one piece.

I just thought that you might want to keep up with the newest satellite 
that is going up in the next few days.
If anyone wants any info on the sats let me know and I can work with you on 
them.
