[FPARC] Web page updated

Hi All

Please go to www.qsl.net/w4akh which is the club web site and check it out 
for me. I have updated the pages and added the flier for the hamfest to it.
If you haven't been to the site in a while you will see a NEW format. There 
are things that are still not working right and I'll get to them in time.

Please click on all the links and let me know what you think about the new 
format and also let me know what isn't working. This will help me with 
finding the bugs.
