[FoxHunt] remote DF reporting

I've finished some software that allows remote ( realtime ) reporting of DF
bearings from ( unmanned ) base station PicoDopp DFs.

It uses a modified version of WinDopp for the display, and a TCP/IP internet
link to the remote DF.

The software is ready for beta test / evaluation by users... It's pretty
slick... I believe it is ready for my website, but I want a few folks to try
it first.
