[FoxHunt] Got a digital recorder, need a bit of a design

  After some thought, I decided what I needed for a rabbit hunt was a digital
voice recorder rather than a simplex repeater. I picked up one off of eBay,
and now I'd like some input in designing something like a 555-based timer.
Basically it would take my pre-recorded 20-second message and play it
once every 3 minutes or so. So I'd need to activate the PTT on a handitalkie,
such as the old HTX-202. It should be pretty easy, I was just going to check
with y'all here to see if anyone's already designed and built one that I could
please copy the circuit design.

  I see plenty of 555 kits out there as well, so maybe someone has a favorite
kit that'll emulate pushing a button once every 3 minutes.
