[FoxHunt] TDOA questions.

Actually there are a lot of things that might be classified under the title 
TDOA. If you consider that time difference at a frequency can be measured as 
a phase difference, then you get the whole interferometer class as well as 
the doppler system itself. The only systems that I can think of at the 
moment that are not a TDOA is the Watson-Watt which used the amplitude 
difference in the antenna patterns (sum and difference) and the beam antenna 
which used just the single antenna pattern.
