Found it today.  Took me five cycles to find.  Would have been four if I 
knew what I was looking for.  Thanks for putting this out there.  There 
are a couple of geocaches in the area as well, if you're wanting an 
excuse to make the drive.

Google Maps for the parking area address is definitely the way to go. 
Easy to miss otherwise.
