Sorry I left out a lot of pertinent info on my post.

Seems I keep mis-spelling the preserve it is 

Cowdry, not Cowdrie.  For the GPS-minded, 

the parking area is at  N42 35.869 W-71 41.032. 



The tip about Google Maps and 1750 Mass. Ave 

is really the best way to find it. 


BTW, Lunenburg is in Central MA.  So is Worcester, 

Fitchburg and other cities/towns.  At least geographically 

anyway.   T he ARRL puts them all in the Western MA section, 

I assume, because metropolitan Boston and it suburbs are 

all in Eastern MA.  Go fig ure.... 



Lunenburg is on Rte 2A between the town of Shirley 

and the city of Fitchburg.  As VK3MD ( a frequent 

hunter) says, 30 minutes west of I 495, north of 

Worcester. 

  

Hope to run into some of you at the training session 

in Saugus for the ARDF this Fri.
