A fellow in S. Africa found a bug in GoogleHunt, it's been fixed and a fresh copy installed on the website :

Apparently when using GPS as a lat/long source, the latitude minutes digits were not decoded properly... it yielded bad readout numbers and bad position plots.

Manual lat/long source was OK.

Apologies... I guess even Santa needs to do a product recall once in a while...
