[FoxHunt] ARRL Indiana Section TS

I'm Jim Osburn, WD9EYB, and in January I will be the Technical Coordinator
for the ARRL Indiana Section.  I'm looking for people to become Technical
Specialists for the section.  Since I'm a fox hunter I would like to see a
good representation of fox hunters in the Indiana Technical Specialists.  If
