Build a tuned DF loop. Look up DF loops on Google. A single turn of wire and
a capacitor will do at 27MHz.
A simple loop is bi-directional; you can resolve the ambiguity by taking
bearings from multiple locations.
It is also possible to make the loop uni-directional with a sense antenna,
but I suggest you only do this if Plan A doesn't work; it's tricky to setup
at 28/27MHz.
