[FoxHunt] WinDopp DF display program

>From Bob Simmons, creator of PicoDopp and WinDopp : Some folks have
reported install difficulties with WinDopp on later Windows operating
systems.
( I created it on an old Win95 machine ) I have just uploaded a new version
of WinDopp ( to the website ) that was kindly compiled by a friend on a
modern IBM machine, and tested on XP Pro, XP home edition, and Win 2000
operating systems, with success. Also used by a second ham on Windows XP,
to win a recent DF hunt.

The WinDopp program itself is unchanged, no new features or controls have
been added. If anyone reading this has experienced installation
difficulties,
this new version should ( hopefully ) remedy the install problems.
