[FoxHunt] West Coast Ham Fest and TX hunt

Two readers have asked if the hunt is mobile or on foot.

Plans, as I know them.. I will be a hunter form the EAST side of the 
state-- are that the hunt will be mobile to TX #1 and then on foot for TX 
#2.  There may or may not be additional transmitters for on foot hunting.
