[FoxHunt] IARU Transmitter question

Guys,  I sent this message to Byon privately concerning how I dealt with
this exact issue for the controllers that I build and it was supposed to
go to everyone so I am repeating it here........

Byon,

When I programmed the controllers that I made for this purpose I looked
in the rules and saw something to the effect that the CW sped was to be
8 - 12 WPM.  So I made all the MOx messages take exactly 4 seconds
including the dead time.  This resulted in MOE being 11.? WPM and MO5
being 8.? WPM.  I can look up the specifics if you wish.  The result
is that the overall sequence takes exactly 60 seconde with 15 reps of
the pattern and every other time I ID which results in 14 reps and a
high speed burst of my call (W0QE) at ~20 WPM.  Again everything is
compartmentalized into 4 second periods.  If you wish to discuss it
