Googling for "happy flyers direction finding" brings up a link to K0OV's
"Update" page with the note:

 Happy Flyers
    Organization has disbanded.

So they may be gone. Were you looking to contact people associated with
them, or data on the "Happy Flyers" RDF kits and boards? I believe that
the "Transmitter Hunting" book has descriptions and possibly schematics
of the Happy flyers RDF units. My THRDFS book is at home so I can't be
100% sure, but according to http://members.aol.com/homingin/THRDFSinfo.html
it lists "Plans for the Happy Flyers RDF" in the partial list of topics.

The good news is that the plans for the unit appear to be available in
Joe's book. The bad news is that you may have to make your own PCB or
construct it on perfboard.
