OK Guys you got me.

My note was intended to a previous writer who wrote, "No, but why should
we..." Sorry I attached my note to John's mail.  Clearly his mail was not
critical and my apology to all.  Since my mail addressed comments on the
subject I did not intend to flame others.  Again, my apology to John.
