[FoxHunt] Dick Smith Dop Scan

I've fixed a few of them, and made a few of them. Found a non-working one at
a hamfest for $15. Had it working by nightfall! Joe's (K0OV) website has the
mods you MUST apply to make them work properly. If you have any problems or
questions I'd be willing to try to answer. I have had excellent results with
it but I use precisely placed mag mounts. I also laid out my own antenna
switcher board too.
