I hope that you removed the 243.0 Mhz PA Deck or you will be sending a
strong signal (a watt or two) out on 243.550.  All 121.5 ELT TXs have a
243.0 PA deck to produce a signal on 243 for military use.  Most of the
121.5 units use the same oscilator deck and then double the 121.5 signal
for the second PA deck.
