[FoxHunt] Attenuator

I have done it, but not an active attenuator. I had a setup to step down the b+
to the front end and first mixers. Worked well at 6 to dB per step. One gets a
good feel how close one is getting to the transmitter.

As to the other comment: A by pass switch on the active attenuator is good to
have. The first 40 db in can be by the pot adjustment at zero offset.

Offset oscillators from 4 to 20 MHz are also better than 1MHz.
