[Fox_Tango] FT-100D finals

I need advise and information.
 
I own a Yaesu FT-100D working in very good condition. I have read that  
there have been numerous problems w/ cooling of the finals both HF and VHF/UHF  
and failure of these finals.
 
I have also heard that these finals are extremely difficult to find.
 
I know that Burghardt Radio Repair Inc has been recommended by many as  a 
reputable repair facility for these units. 
 
Unfortunately, they are unable to replace the VHF/UHF originals and do not  
have comparable replacements
 
My question......
 
Does anyone know of replacement VHF/UHF finals, the modification required  
and the schematic to perform the task?
 
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated!
