[Fox_Tango] Amp/Rig tuning pulser.

Hi folks..
  Does anyone out there have a circuit diagram of the  pulser/tuning aid
that the old FoxTango outfit used to sell? I think the circuit was published
in one of the newsletters. International Radio used to sell them, but they
ran out of stock. They now have a replacement, but it's a bit expensive.
    Any info would be appreciated.
