My very reliable 101B has developed something like RF
feedback on 160M only - all other bands work fine. The
feedback starts as you turn up the mike gain or the carrier
control - same with or without mike plugged in and antenna
or dummy load - no difference. Must be a path completely
inside the radio (maybe on one circuit board). Perhaps the
reason 160M only is involved is because at the higher
frequencies less bypass capacitance is adequate (if a bypass
cap quit somewhere). Don't know - any one out there
experience/fix this? Is there a source for extender boards?

Any help very welcome!
