[Fox_Tango] No audio on FT101E

Hello, all.

I have a sick FT101E (late model) which transmits perfectly on CW. The =
Tune function works, as does the sidetone. However, microphone audiois =
down to a barely detectable level. Switching the processor in and =
setting the Level control to max improves matters very slightly, but in =
general, it appears to me that audio is not getting from the audio board =
to the output of the balanced modulator in any quantity. Before I start =
the fault-finding procedure in earnest, does anyone have any ideas as to =
what might be wrong? Is it a standard fault? The rig has been used =
exclusively on CW for fifteen years, and the audio was working when last =
used.
